Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.
When does processing start?
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) use that business day as the processing start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays start on the next business day. This cutoff remains fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and does not follow daylight saving time.
How do I choose a size?
Use each product’s width, height and depth measurements. Compare these with the items you intend to carry; external dimensions alone do not establish laptop compatibility.
What materials are available?
The collection includes fabric, PU synthetic leather and cowhide leather. Read the individual product specification and care instructions before choosing.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first for authorization. Returns go to our company address in France.
Who pays return postage?
We pay for damaged, defective, incorrect items and company errors. Customers pay for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.

How is an order confirmed?
An order confirmation communicates order acceptance. A checkout request alone does not confirm that payment was completed or an order accepted.
