30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Obtain return authorization and instructions before sending your item. The return address is 7 Rue Des Sources, L’Hôtellerie-De-Flée, 49500 Segré-En-Anjou Bleu, France. Returns are sent to France and may involve international postage.
Who pays return shipping
Yieldform covers return shipping when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or affected by a company error. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused-item and original-packaging conditions for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with a return or refund.
